Meet Reikology, a signature treatment I’ve created by combining the energy-clearing power of Reiki with the grounding, restorative practice of Reflexology. It’s not just two therapies back to back. It’s a deliberately designed session that works on your energy field and your physical body at the same time, creating a deeper, more complete reset than either modality can offer alone.

Reikology is the marriage of two incredibly powerful healing modalities:
Reiki A Japanese energy healing technique where universal life force energy is channelled through the practitioner to the client, clearing energetic blockages, reducing stress, and restoring your body’s natural flow.
Reflexology A therapeutic practice that applies targeted pressure to specific points on the feet, each of which corresponds to a different organ, gland, or system in the body. Think of your feet as a map of everything going on inside you.
When you combine them, the Reiki opens and clears your energy field while the Reflexology works directly on the physical body through your feet. The result? Your nervous system gets a complete reset energetically and physically, from the top down and the ground up.
What is Reikology?

What does Reikology help with?
What to expect in a Reikology session?
Your Reikology session takes place in my private healing room in Carrum Downs.
Sessions run for 75 minutes and include:
• A short check-in conversation so I can tune into what your body needs today
• A full Reiki energy healing session, hands-on or hands-off, fully clothed, lying comfortably on the treatment table
• A dedicated Reflexology component focusing on the feet, targeting the reflex points most relevant to your body’s current needs
• Time to come back to yourself before you leave, I’ve never met someone who wanted to rush out of a session
Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
All you need to do is remove your shoes and socks, everything else is taken care of.
I only offer therapies I’ve personally experienced and genuinely believe in. Reflexology has been part of my own healing journey, and I’ve felt first hand what happens when you combine it with Reiki.
The two modalities don’t just complement each other they amplify each other in a way that I find genuinely hard to explain until you feel it yourself.
Reikology is my favourite thing I’ve ever added to this practice. I can’t wait for you to experience it.
