The Energy Therapist

1. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of your session (via cash, EFT, or approved payment method).

  • All prices are in AUD and are subject to change with notice.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will not have their deposit or funds refunded.

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the time of other clients.

  • The full session fee will still apply.

4. Client Responsibility & Consent

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that the services provided (Reiki, Kinesiology, Reflexology, Bio Resonance) are complementary therapies and do not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

  • You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or health concerns prior to your session.

5. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without your written consent.

6. Right to Refuse Service

  • The Energy Therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client behaves in a manner that is inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe.

7. Disclaimer

  • Results from holistic therapies vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

  • Sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
